Panax ginseng dosage
1. Do not use continuously for a long time, should be used as is for 1-2 months, thus stopped for a period of 1-2 months and then restarted.
2. Should eat the Panax ginseng before a meal 3 hours and should not be eat with Vitamin C or citrus fruits.
3. It may have side effects, if used in high doses than recommended such as high blood pressure, excitement, restlessness, insomnia, diarrhea and, skin rash. These are known as "ginseng abuse syndrome".
4. Be careful used in people with diabetes, high blood pressure who have problems with blood clotting.
5. Should be careful used in combination with lower blood sugar drug, it may cause blood sugar levels are too low, because the Panax ginseng reduced blood sugar levels. Therefore, in patients with diabetes should consume ginseng with food. However, you should consult your doctor before using ginseng is better.
6. Careful used in combination with anti-blood clotting drug such as warfarin, this drugs may have synergistic effects on blood clotting.
